PACKAGE STAND

A package stand is 9sq.m (3mx3mx2.5m) with aluminum frame, surrounding partitions, carpeted floor, 02 neon light 1.2m-40w, 01 table, 02 chairs, 01 electric socket of 15Amp, 01 waste basket, fascia name;

Application documents include:
– Space application form (Click here)
– Copy of company’s establishment decision and/or business registration certificate.

PAYMENT PROCEDURES

– As soon as contract is signed, 50% of contract value, which is non-refundable, should be paid as deposit of exhibitor to Organizing Board by cheque, cash or by TT to:
* Bank Name: Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) – Brand in Ba Dinh distric, Hanoi, Vietnam
* Beneficary’s Account Name: Vietnam Exhibition Fair Centre Joint Stock Company (VEFAC JSC)
* Beneficary’s Bank Account: 126.10000.236953
– The remaining of contract value should be paid seven days (07 days) prior to receive exhibition booth.
